LOBSTERS ARE ON THE RUN CATCH THEM BEFORE THEY'RE GONE! ON SALE NOW!
According to “Epicurious”, Lobster Newburg started at Delmonico’s in New York City. That a man named Ben Wenburg (or Wenberg) who visited there often came up with the Lobster dish. That at the time was actually named for him on the menu. When later he had a fight with the restaurant they changed the dish’s name to Lobster Newburg.
